Direct mail loses ground to digital post-recovery – DMNews

From DM News this AM  – don’t be deceived by the title because the author states that while online is growing for customer retention, for customer acquisition, direct mail still rules.

In my opinion, at least for B-to-B, a great direct mail postcard is very effective because there isn’t  much competition in the inbox, the recipient can skim the content at a glance, and if the person the card was addressed to is no longer present, the gatekeeper can forward it to the next person with the assigned responsibility.
